Studio Hire Terms

Payment Terms

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

A final invoice will be sent after your shoot – payment will be due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

Overtime

Overtime rates start 15 mins after your booking has finished. You will be charged the full hour of $120.

Bump-In/Pre-Light

Subject to availability, bump-in/pre-light the day before your shoot will be charged at $300, and you will have a 2-hour window to get set up. Please notify us in advance if this is required.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Equipment Hire

We have access to something for rental equipment which can be delivered to our studio. Please give us 48 hours notice and coordinate with the studio manager.

Insurance/Permits

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure all necessary insurance and permits are in place prior to the shoot taking place.

Loss/Damage

The hirer shall notify Bechame Studio immediately upon becoming aware of any damage or loss to the premises, its facilities or equipment. All equipment, furniture, fittings and any other property of Bechamel Studio remains the property of Bechamel Studio. Hirers will make good any costs associated with loss or replacements of these items as a result of their activities.

Cleaning and Rubbish

Please leave the studio and kitchenette area how you found it, with all rubbish to be taken with you and dishes cleaned.

A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if the studio is left in an unacceptable state.

Cyc Repaint

Should you need the cyclorama for your shoot, we ensure this is freshly painted when you start your shoot. As such a $150 cyc repaint fee will be charged.
